How many guests can you accommodate?
We have tables and chairs for up to 150 guests. If you intend on having more guests please contact us.
How many hours do we have access to the venue for?
You can access the venue as early as 10:00AM, we don't have a maximum number of access hours.
What equipment comes with the venue rental?

20 - 60" round tables
1 - 48" round table
2 - 4' rectangle tables
12 - 6' rectangle tables
2 - 8' rectangle tables
3 - 28" round cocktail tables
1 - 40' x 60' reception tent
How late can music play?
Music can play until 9:30 pm
Are there rooms to get ready in?
Yes, we have a bridal suite complete with 3 vanity mirrors, full-length mirror, separate bathroom, AC and full windows to allow for natural light for great pictures and hair and makeup. The guy's room includes AC, full-length mirror, smoking (or chilling) area and lots of seating!
Can I bring my own caterer?
No, you have to choose a caterer off of our preferred vendor list. *You can bring in your own caterer upon permission. There will be a $300.00 charge.
Do you have other preferred vendors I have to use?
No, you can bring in your own vendors other than the caterer. We do have a great florist and wedding coordinator that has an onsite studio you are welcome to hire if you wish. We have a list of amazing vendors we enjoy working with that we would love to recommend. We do require the use of one of our approved DJs.
Can have alcohol?
Yes, you may use a licensed bartender to serve your alcohol. Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender and a liquor license must be acquired by the couple beforehand and sent to us. Hard alcohol is allowed.
What does the facility charge include?
It includes the use of the venue for 12 hours (until 10 pm). The use of the bridal suite and man cave. 300 white resin chairs, fire pit, tent with chandeliers, and tables. We will also have a venue facilitator on-site.
